These images are the image i chose to use for my magzine because they worked well with the theme and they attract my audience into buying my magazine. The first image is a close up of alex aka Lil Buzz, i used a close up with no eye contact because i wanted my audience to have a connection with the new hip hop sensation, i think if he had eye contact as well as a close up it would be intimidating for the readers, the lighting is dark with little light on his face, this time of day is the normal time for my audience to be out, so thats when i shoot, having him up againist this wall creates a barrier between him and the rest of the world, it also adds to the urban environment that my target audience lives in. The second photograph is of Alex sitting on a bench, in an urban environment which again inhances the fact that thats where my audience live. I also chose this picture because it is a dark environment which is where my target audience is offtern found.
